Let us handle it.From organizing group hotel blocks, ground transportation and activities we can make sure that your guests have the best in travel arrangements. This will help to make your destination wedding worry free.

  • Online Website with location, destination and reservation information, allows all your guests to access travel information from one source for your wedding. It allows you to know up to the minute reservation status and confirmations for all your out of town guests.
  • Individual Payment Management allows each of your guests to make their reservations for the hotel, ground transportation, and activities without leaving all payments for the bridal party. This allows you to have more available cash for other wedding related expenses.
  • Individual Itineraries allows guests to return to their reservation and print schedules and events for activities they have signed up for. This will make it easier to assure that people will be at all scheduled events on time and as planned.
