Kimberly’s love for wedding planning started back in college when she took a “Marriage and Parenting” class, where she actually had to plan a mock wedding for her final class project. She decided to enroll in the class because she heard rave reviews from students that had already taken it-and the fact that she got to plan a wedding was an added bonus. So she enrolled in the class and the rest was history! Basically, she’s in love with weddings and the stories of the people behind the magical day that make it all come together.

Recently engaged herself, Kimberly has been enjoying planning her October, 2010 wedding. “It’s the one thing I can do all day, lose track of time and never get tired,” she says when she speaks of her love of the wedding planning process. Besides her career in academic advising, she hopes to enjoy a long and successful career in the event industry as a wedding planner, and of course, to marry the man of her dreams and enjoy a long life filled with lots of laughter and love.

Kimberly was born in New York, and resides in the Bronx. She loves everything that living in New York City has to offer and believes that you can find lots of hidden treasures within each borough. She especially appreciates the pulse and variety that the NY wedding industry embodies and is excited to be a part of it!
